Formerly known as Samot (the Sea in Khmer) Fine Cuisine & Wine, which has just been recommended by the LONELY PLANET 2010-11 edition, as a fine dining restaurant in Siem Reap. Nevertheless, the talent of the chef remains intact and your are in for a somptuous surprise, even with an 8-dollar pizza!
